		Buildings are situated so that an 18-wheeler can maneuver in and out of the facility.
		Security gates are closed when the office is closed. In addition, we now offer 24-hour video/security cameras.
		We offer month-to-month leases, with long-term discounts. Please inquire.
		Regular Storage Units are similar to garage bays. They have an 8' roll-up door with convenient, drive-up access. You are required to put YOUR OWN LOCK on these units and you keep the key.
		Climate-Controlled Units offer temperature control (50-78 degrees F).
		These units DO NOT have electricity.
